Business Hall: Second Meeting « Thread Started on Jul 29, 2008, 10:20am »
Zy stood in the center of the hall, his hands clasped over the head rest of a black leather chair, staring forth at the double doors. The hall was gloved in black marble, the doors being the exception, an expensive wood in a dark stain. The pillars that encompassed the hall were modern and square, clean cut and polished. The floor was the same. Directly above the long business table was a row of sky-lights, slanted slits of windows, but there were lights on regardless. The were an upturned tulip shape, frosted glass, and the light came out of them in a dim ray.
Isabella walked in cheerfully. "So where are your protégés? You know what we like to say; if you're on time, you're late."
"It's still half an hour before the scheduled meeting," he responded briskly, glancing down at his Rolex as he spoke to make certain.

Maegan entered the meeting, taking a look around the room. Expensive was the first word that came to mind at the sight of everything. After being in her apartment for a week, it was a welcome change. Then her eyes set on Isabella and Zy, causing her to remember why she was there.
"Hello," she greeted and then prepared to wait for the meeting to begin.
How can you just walk on by Without one tear in your eye? Don't you have the slightest feelings left for me? Maybe that's just your way Of dealing with the pain, Forgetting everything Between our rise and fall Like we never loved at all.

Carrie's black heels clicked on the marble floor as she made her entrance, glancing up and down at the newest member. "Oh, you brought a mutt. How cute," she commented, her voice velvet. "No Adrienne yet? Where's her promised member?" She smiled darkly, then turned to Sebastian as she let her voice drop into a taunting whisper. "I think you're two short."

Zy nodded curtly at this. "If they are ever late again, they will be punished. We are understood at this, yes?" he replied dryly to Sebastian, smiling something sadistic. "Where is Adrienne? Does anyone know?"

Sebastian nodded before looking at the two twins entering the room, he pulled out two seats and the blonds sat down, "This is Cassidy and Connor." They looked around before looking at Zy.
"Adrienne.. Wasn't she with Porcelain the other day headed onto the New Jersey turnpike?" He tapped his fingers and rolled his eyes. "Giving up a meeting to hang with the Society.. What a shame."
