We'll just throw them all together, shall we? (Larger places, such as Times Square, Broadway Street, and Central Park will have their own threads)

Adrienne and Evy began walking up the street, stopping at a salon. They were laughing slightly as they walked in. Adrienne's hair was cut short and in a pixie style, then dyed bubble-gum pink. They left, and they both headed to Central Park where she was to meet Theo.

Adrienne walked out into the streets and stood for a moment, trying to remember where to go from where she was. It took her a moment, but in the end she did remember and began walking, assuming Sebastian would follow. She snickered at his tone. "Do I bore you, Mr. Adams?" she inquired with an air of mock disbelief, still turned away from him so he would not see her smirk.

Sebastian followed her silently and rolled his eyes, "Why, Miss Alste, You are a very boring person, In fact, I would rather spend this time chewing my own arm off then sit here with you. He said in a mocked but amused tone, He tried to supress that laughter as he covered his mouth.

"Go on ahead. Let's see you chew off your own arm. You're much too selfish of a person to do that...," she continued lightly, pausing outside the door of a quaint but sophisticated looking pastry shop. It wasn't inexpensive, but it tasted rather good... Her arm motioned gracefully for him to follow her in.

Sebastian entered and automatically took out his wallet, "What would you like?" He asked taking out one of his credit cards, He stood behind her and smiled, "I am a selfish person, Damn straight." He said simply looking at what the store had, He could live off coffee.

Adrienne reached into her jean pocket and pulled out a fold of bills. "I was just going to get a chai tea latte and a small pastry, but really, I can pay for myself," she replied simply. She looked up at him for a moment but quickly looked away. It was so aggravating that he seemed to be so many different people. One moment he was one way, and the next he was entirely changed. Her thoughts were forcibly dragged away from that topic and to the pastry display. She chose a fruit and chocolate pastry which was then wrapped and handed to her along with her latte. After taking a breath she turned around and smiled at him while she waited for him to order.

Sebastian smiled and bought a coffee and donut, He sipped the coffee quietly as he looked at Adrienne, He placed the powdered donut in a bag and looked around, "Do you want to eat here or walk around the park?" He asked in a calm manner, He poured sugar and cream into his coffee and stirred them around.

The only seating arrangements at the shop were situated directly outside the door. Though the rustic metal tables and chairs were under umbrellas and pushed against the ivy covered building side, it was tight and difficult to maneuver in. "Let's go to the entrance of the park. There are benches there," she replied, and in a few moments of walking she found herself there. She placed her latte on one side of her on the bench, and put the wrapped pastry on her lap. Her fingers took their time opening it as she thought for a moment. "I must be an irritating person to be around right now, but you really can't expect me to just warm up to you right away," she said softly, having only her suspicions for reasoning behind her words. They weren't unkind, only stating a heartfelt fact.

Sebastian just sat there quietly, He didn't move much and it didn't look like his was breathing either, He shook himself out of his thinking state and smiled at her, He only caught the end of her words, "It doesn't matter who you are, As long as it's you that's beside me." He said softly, He held the coffee in one hand and was throwing the donut to the bird with the other. He never did like sweets anyway.

"'And quite frankly, I don't like boring things'," she quoted him, smiling a little. "So where is that going to leave us when I finally give in? When it's just you and me and I pose no more challenge to you?" She removed the lid from her latte and held it between her hands. It's heat sent her blood warm as she waited for it to cool before she risked drinking out of it.

Sebastian hadn't thought about this properly. He looked at her and became still again, "I-I.." He stuttered not thinking of an actual response, "You will never stop being a challenge though. Would you just honestly give yourself up completely to me?" He asked with a pleasant cover even though he had a aggravated shadow underneath it.

Adrienne smiled again, though this time it had a bitter edge. "Why do you think I won't?" she countered. It was as good as telling him that if he gave her up it would kill her, but of course those words would never leave her mouth. She finally took a sip from her drink though it burned her lips on contact. They were pursed together as she ignored the heated pain.

Sebastian shrugged as he took another drink from his coffee, Though some people couldn't stand hot drinks he actually enjoyed them. He glanced at her again before adverting his focus to the ground. "I won't leave you if you did." As he spoke he wasn't sure if it was the truth or not. It's what happens when you lie constantly, He leaned back against the wooden back of the bench, He looked at Adrienne again, "This time next year, I will be an adult." He said in a sulky tone, "I will have my own place and will be graduated. " He stated not caring if it was irrevelavant or not. A part of him didn't care either.

Adrienne looked away and towards the tops of the buildings, and then the skyscrapers in the near distance. "It's your choice," she stated, and it was the truth. "Don't you see? I pull away because I don't trust you. At the same time, if I did then you might leave, no matter what you say. So do I really have a choice? And you. You'll keep trying to win me and when you do you'll move on to another, or you will give up at some point when I don't. Everyone gives up," she contemplated softly, how looking down at her shoes, scraping the dirt around the side-walk. "You have a choice, Sebastian. You can either let me go," she offered, looking at him with her clear cerulean eyes, "or you can keep up whatever you're doing and see what fate has decided."

Sebastian looked at her, He moved his one arm around her and leaned his head against her shoulder, "I'm not going to let you go Adrienne." He said possessively, "So we will let things go as they are meant to go and if fate decides that we are not to be then so be it." He said dryly, He didn't believe in fate but he did think that things happened for a reason. "But I am also letting you have a choice." He said solemnly as he continued to watch her,
He grabbed her chin and moved her face so that she was looking at him. "Look at me," He whispered softly, "Now, Do you want to be with me?" He asked realizing that she would never truly fall for him if she was forced to do so.

"What I want has nothing to do with what I would decide. And you know my last decision, I left you," she replied, not looking away from him. "But if it came to making that decision again, I couldn't do it. Not unless you screwed up like that again." Her eyes dropped to the back of the bench. "You know, I always thought fate was bullshit, anyway. And even if it existed, I doubt that's something to stand in your way." Too stubborn, he was, in her opinion. Ambitious could be another word but Adrienne wasn't one to find strengths out of flaws. Her eyes were forced to look at him once more as she took a silent breath. "Another thing. You had said before that you tried to be good, that it bored you. Still trying for that, or are you just trying to manipulate me once again?"

Sebastian rolled his eyes, "Does it matter what I am?" He asked in an amused tone, He stretched and moved his arms to rest behind his head. "I get bored easily, I could be eating food and no longer decide to eat it just because it lacks any enjoyment." He said simply, He didn't understand why she didn't understand, It was rather confusing. He raised an eyebrow at her, "You mean, You are not one of those girls that prefer a bad boy to a cut clean nerd?" He asked looking up at the sky.

Adrienne snorted derisively, becoming amused. "Exactly the opposite, in case you haven't noticed. Unfortunately, I can't help it. Didn't you ask before through everything you've put me through why I always seem to come back? I guess, emotionally, I'm more masochistic than I thought, on some subconscious level," she paused, her one eyebrow raised. "I'm not naive enough to think you will change. Don't think I'm stupid. I know you're a bit of a manipulative bastard, but no one is perfect and no one is good." She looked over the street where the street lamps were the little but lone source of light. It was still too early for the stars, and the moon was lost in the shadow of the earth.

Sebastian smirked as he stood, "That meeting should be starting soon." He said looking at her, "Okay, Okay." He began grinning. "Maybe I do act a little." He said sarcastically, He put a hand to his forehead and pretended to look upset. "But I only wanted to change for you. You are the only girl that I will try my damnedest to make sure that I am better for." He turned his back on her as he sat still for a moment. "Quit looking at my ass." He said trying to stop from laughing.
