Adrienne grinned, but it did not reach her eyes. It was an apathetic smile, but one with an amused viciousness behind it. "When I willingly slept with you, Adams," she responded coyly, but it was sarcastically so. She turned from the group and walked across the hall. She then took a seat next to the new arrival. "Tristan, right?" she asked in a bored manner, surveying her nails.

Maegan turned in the direction of Adrienne with disgust. "What a surprise, the whore is at it again. If only she would just get AIDS and die already," she said, loud enough to that the entire party could clearly hear it. As she said this, her eyes flickered in the direction of the new arrival she approached. 'Damn, he's hot. She better not get with him. Well, I wouldn't care if she did. As long as I get to him first after the party,' she thought.

Tristan's eyes flicked over Adrienne for a moment. "Yes," he responded, looking as though he might just leave the conversation entirely. Then he looked thoughtful. His gaze drifted over to the crazy redhead shrieking something about AIDS. "Adrienne Alste, right? Weren't you with the man whore?" he asked lazily, not looking like he really cared for the conversation, more to pass the time.
"Don't remind me," she responded stiffly, smiling to hide her discomfort at the question.
"Offended?" he asked, smirking now, but not entirely mocking with the question. More so that he did not try to offend her, but it amused him nonetheless.
She sighed, leaning back in her chair, her blue eyes narrowing at him. She brushed her dark hair back, and then leaned forward once more. One arm was crossed over the other and her chin rested on the back of its palm. "Want to get out of here?"
He nodded, a quick subtle gesture, and then they both stood up and left the hall.

Maegan turned away from the disgusting site before her. She tried to ignore that Adrienne had managed to get a man and she didn't. It did not worry her though, she could easily find a guy by the end of the night. Plus, she was better looking than Adrienne anyway.
She turned towards Carrie, a look of disgust on her face. "Look at that slut. I mean, the dance isn't even over yet and she's already having sex. God, I should have expected this when she started sleeping with Sebastian."
As she said this, her eyes fell upon Zy. A smirk slowly forming on her lips. He was hot and he was dangerous. Just what she liked in a man. Now, if only she could get him into her bed.

Lulu laughed out loud when the remark about AIDS was thrown into the audience but quickly shut up and covered it up like she was coughing. Soon her "coughing fit" was over and she stood up. Well, I'm going to bed. Night. she said to them, not that she thought that anyone would be listening. She pointed her wand at her wings and they shrunk down until there was nothing there. Her halo was last to go as it fell to the ground with a soft "cling". She waved to whoever was watching and disapeared through the great doors. Jackson was still looking for water. If he was outside, he would be able to sense water by the humidity in the air. Now that he was inside, there were plenty of things that gave off the humidity. Water had no scent, so his nose couldn't pick anything up. What's so great about being a blind were wolf anyway? He walked through the crowd, unstumbling at all. He didn't want to disturb any of the dancers, but he found a group of people standing together. One had just left and one screamed something about the one having AIDS but he chose to ignore it. He reached out one of his hands and tapped a shoulder. Excuse me. Where can I find the water? I'm parched! he said. [/blockquote] ooc: That could be anyone he tapped. Feel free to reply as the person.

Tragedy turned around to see the boy that tapped her, "Over there by that table," She said pointing the table overflowing with things to drink and eat, She smiled, "I'm Tragedy." She offered her hand, "And you are?" She asked looking at the boy.

Melanie Smith looked up from the teachers' table. She had noticed Tem, Brann, and Theo all leave the hall, but none had returned. Her eyes drifted to the ceiling, a full moon floating in the sky beyond the window, much like a disembodied head. If Mr. Runner had chose not to take his potion, a dire situation may very well turn out. She left the hall quickly.
"Aw. Our ittle Adrienne is all grown up!" Carrie commented in a false voice, one which mocked the way one might speak to an infant. She laughed coldly and turned to Maegan. "She's reminding me of us. Except neither of us is seducing anyone. Personally, I like her better this way. She cut the 'holier than thou' crock of shit out."
Evlyn sat on the edge of the table, perched and yearning to run as a wolf. She regretted taking her potion as she gazed at the window through the ceiling, but knew it was for the best. Ripping someone's throat out tended to create tension.

Jackson grinned a little. She must not know. Well, hardly anyone knows. His eyes were a dark brownish black instead of cloudy white like most blind folk out there. That was why he didn't take her hand in a shake or look to teh way she was pointing. Thank you, Tragety. I'm Jackson by the way. he said. But if you don't mind, could you lead the way there? I can't see. he said. He wasn't fazed at all by his handicap and didn't try to hide it. His muscles were tense because of the full moon and his energy was up, but he was able to control his symptoms. He was strongest during the full moon, but was able to change at will and stay in control. Hours of meditation helped him achieve this. [/blockquote]

Sebastian smirked as Adrienne left, "That girl will be knocked up before she graduates this poor piss of an excuse for a school." He said rubbing the sole of his shoe into the ground, "Anyone here want to ruin her night?" He said gesturing to the Maegan and Carrie.
Tragedy wasn't fazed as she grabbed onto his arm and gently tugged him towards the table, When she reached there she grabbed a bottle of water and placed it in his hand, "Pleasure to meet you Jackson, What brings you to Misery Academy?"

Carrie smiled wickedly as she turned to Sebastian. "My, my. You've been quiet. Not jealous, are we?" she asked coyly, casually slipping her arm around his waist as she taunted him.
Evlyn sidled subtly closer to their conversation, tuning in when she heard Adrienne's name a few times. God, they were assholes. Personally, she hated that Adrienne changed. Despised it.

Sebastian smirked and placed his hand casually on her ass, "Me jealous?" His eyes darkened and froze, "Never." He slapped it playfully before moving to rest on her shoulders, He held on firmly, As if gripping for dear lifes sake, "Carrie, Have I told you how sexy you are when your a bitch?"

The pulling on the arm really wasn't necessary, he could simply follow her, but he didn't object. It was a natural reaction for someone to physically show him the way. He took the bottle firmly in his hand. Thanks. he said. He tilted his head back and squirted the water into his mouth, downing the whole bottle. He wasn't kidding about his thirst. He set the now empty bottle back on the table. Pleasure to meet you Jackson, What brings you to Misery Academy? she had asked. Well someone doesn't exactly like the school, didn't they? he thought. No where else to go but here. What about you? Have you been here long? he asked her. [/blockquote]

Carrie seemed completely unfazed by his actions. She smirked slightly, her arms dropped to her sides as he gripped her shoulders. "Actually, no. You usually call me a cruel bitch. Or threaten to kill me," she responded derisively. Her emotionless eyes drifted to glance at him over her shoulder, trying to figure what he was up to.

Sebastian smiled fakely and brushed a hand against her face, "I think we should fuck, Right now." He smirked, "Any objections?"
Tragedy frowned, "I'm here by force not by choice, It was either here or the streets. What would you pick?" She asked sarcastically, "My parent's are dead and the orphanage declared me too suicidal to be in it's walls."

Carrie smiled coolly and pulled silkily away. "Nice try. And a little out of your playing field." She moved over to Maegan's side, trying to pretend she was not tempted by the suggestion.
"A little whorish, don't you think Adams?" Evlyn laughed from off to the side. "Seriously, how many girls do you try to bed a day? And that leads to the greater question; how many times do you get turned down? Your ego is pretty die hard, isn't it?"

Jax's smile faltered. I didn't exactly have any other place to go either like I said before. So obviously you know what I chose. he said. That's too bad about your parents. he said. He didn't feel like mentioning that his parents had died from old age long ago. Like most other werewolves similar to him, Jax was immortal and he had seen many he loved die before his eyes. His own mother died when they were sitting together in his living room. He was surprised that she had opened up to him so soon. They had just met and already she was saying how she was an orphan. Have you been here long? he asked, trying to strike up a conversation. [/blockquote]

Porcelain walked back into the castle and immediatly headed for the drink that Sebastian had placed down, Surely he would drink from it again..
She opened the flask that contained the poison she had bought earlier in the year, With a swift motion she emptied it's contents into the glass, She walked away without looking back,
"It ends tonight."
Sebastian turned and picked up his glass, Downing the contents in seconds, He put it down and headed over to Evlyn, "Hello sweetheart, Shouldn't you be tucked into bed?" He said sarcastically.

"No parental units to make me, dear Adams," Evlyn responded, now thoroughly intrigued by the surface of her red nail polish. She smirked slightly as 'Going Under' by Evanescence came on, then slipped off her place on the table and onto a chair, her back resting against the table's edge. "And shouldn't you be crying yourself to sleep? You seem to have made a dramatic recovery since you entered the insipid party."

Professor Melanie Smith strode into the Great Hall, pulling out her wand as she went, and silencing the raucous music. Quickly, she was standing in front of the students, directly behind the teachers' table. "It is with great sadness that I must tell you all that the party is about to come to its untimely close," she began, a practiced apathy evident in her voice. "Two students were just found dead. Burned. One killed the other, and the other was killed out of vengeance. Charges will not be pressed, though we know who did it. It is believed, and quite plausible, that this was done out of self defense, and there are no witnesses to testify otherwise. Now you must all report to your dorm rooms. Failure to abide by this, and you will be punished accordingly."
Evlyn's eyes widened, and she stepped away from Sebastian. She left the Great Hall and immediately found her way to the Common Rooms. She was the first to go, and brushed quickly by Tristan and Adrienne as she went.
The two were on their way back into the hall, straightening their attire, but distanced from each other. They heard the speech from outside, and, upon hearing it, Adrienne's mouth fell open. She backed away and made her way quickly to the dorm rooms.

Maegan looked up towards Professor Smith in shock. She then turned to Carrie. "I wonder who? Sadly, Porcelain and Sebastian are still in here, so I'm assuming it's neither of them." As she said this, she turned in the direction of the door and began to head towards the door.
Dee stared at the Professor in shock. Two deaths? What type of school was she at? She had seen some crazy things throughout her life and suicide was a frequent visitor, but never murder. Especially not two deaths in one night.
She forced her feet to push her forward, heading in the direction of the dorm. Her brain did not even focus on her movement. It was still focused on the deaths.
Zephyr's head jerked away from his conversation and towards Professor Smith. Another deah, two this time. At least he was not the cause, not like last year. An image of Priscilla flashed before his eyes. He tried to force it from his thoughts. He needed to go to the dorm. He needed to sleep or something. He could not let himself focus on this death. The entire situation causes flashbacks to last year's dance. He couldn't bear to think about that.
Damien listened as Melanie spoke and turned to head towards the dorm. He barely felt anything for the two deaths. At this point, death did not come as a shock to the school. It was the norm. Death had never been very shocking to him, though. The only thing he felt was curiosity. He wondered who had died though. As he exited the Great Hall, he watched the other people and tried to find who was missing. He noticed Brann as one of those not among them. He hoped that Brann was one of those dead.
